The first Get Saucy with Trivento contest was a success; we received lots of mouthwatering recipes that pair beautifully with Trivento Malbec.
Who better to judge the entries than Chef Francis Mallmann, Argentina’s most celebrated chef, of whom best-selling barbecue cookbook author and self-proclaimed “Grill King” Steve Raichlen has written:“No one has done more to raise the bar for South American grilling.”

according to taste and the story behind the sauce, and the top three finalists were sampled at the prestigious Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. The three finalist recipes can be viewed below.
